Returning a Wrong Issue Items

We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect item. Email, with the information regarding your order so that we can get the matter resolved.

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days, however, this may be subject to change depending on your issue and the form of payment. We will inform you via email how long your refund will take to process.

Returns Policy

The above policy only applies to items bought from Your items must be returned within 30 days of your order. Depending on the reason for return, all items must be unworn, complete with the original tags and in a resealable condition. We may refuse your return if the terms are not met.

We cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit during the returns process. Please ensure the correct insurance or tracking is applied when sending your items back to us.

Return postage charges are non refundable, unless your order is not correct or is faulty.
